Returns

Our goal is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If, for some reason you're not happy with your new bag, we will accept its return within 14 days from the date we shopped it to you. A refund for the original cost of the item less a $10 return fee will be issued by check after we inspect the bag to make sure it is unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to deny a return based on our inspection of the item. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs. You are responsible for the return postage. We highly recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers. We will not be responsible for lost packages. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return. You will be notified by email when your payment is being returned.

Product Guarantee

All of our items are hand-crafted so each piece has its own character. Our bags are made to last for years, but every well loved piece will eventually succumb to everyday wear. We will fully guarantee your bag for one year from the date of purchase against any defects in the workmanship and normal usage. if a problem occurs within a that year, you can return the bag to us and we will attempt to repair it. If repair is not possible, we will replace the bag with a similar (but never identical) bag. You will not be charged for return shipping costs. this guarantee does not apply to damages caused by anything beyond normal usage or by improper care. We reserve the right tot deny a return based on our inspection of the item.

Repairs

If damage occurs that is not covered by the above Product Guarantee and you wish to have us try to repair it, please contact us by email or telephone to discuss the option. We will be happy to have you ship the bag to us for analysis and an estimate of the repair costs. You will be charged for return shipping costs.
