Sine every one of our bags is painstakingly made by hand, no two bags are just alike. We can make a bag similar, but never exactly like any bag on this site. We would be happy to create a custom bag just for you, according to colors and style of your choosing. If you would like to order a custom bag, please Contact Us with your name, a telephone number, the best time to reach you, and tell us what you would like in a custom order. we will call you within 48 hours to discuss the details, pricing, payment options and shipping details.

Full payment is required prior to starting the project. Please allow 3-4 weeks for completion and delivery. Payment for custom work can be made by money order, cashiers check, or credit card by telephone.

Ordering Bags Featured On This Site

Online Orders: Online orders are handled using Pay Pal. Pay Pal's secured services guarantee that your transactions using your credit card are safe and a Pay Pal account is not required. Simply select your item(s) and click on the BUY NOW button for the bag you have selected. You will be taken to Pay Pal's secured site for the remainder of the transaction.

If you do not have a Pay Pal account, you can ignore the Pay Pal account and password inputs, scroll down the page and select the option that allows you to use your credit card. When the transaction is complete and payment is verified, you will be returned to the Crested Moon site.

Order by Phone: To order by telephone, please Contact Us. Give us your name, a telephone number, the best to reach you, and express your wish to make a telephone order. We will call you back within 48 hours to take your order, discuss payment options, and shipping details. Payment for telephone orders can be made by cashiers check, money order, or credit card. Orders are shipped when payment has been verified.
