Felted & Knit Bags
Each bag is hand-crafted so no two bags will ever be exactly the same. We use 100% wool for the body of the bags and what is called "novelty yarns" to create interest. Some bags have acrylic handles and some are macrame with waxed lined cord. All bags are fully lined with at least one interior pocket. Most of the bags have a magnetic snap closure and the bottoms are reinforced to hold their shape and for added durability.

Fabric Bags
Fabric Bags are run in limited editions, depending on the amount of fabric available. All fabrics are of the finest quality, as are the trims and accessories used in fashioning the bags. All bags are lined with a complimenting fabric. Most of the bags have a snap closure, at least one interior pocket and a reinforced bottom for shape and durability. Directions to care for your bag are listed below.

Care
Every well loved piece will eventually succumb to everyday wear. Felted handles will stretch if you load too much in your bag. Most bags can be dry cleaned or spot cleaned. If you feel you must wash it, please follow the directions below.

  1. If your bag has a macrame handle or an acrylic handle, keep it out of the water.
  2. Place the bag in cool water with a small amount of mild liquid soap. Gently squeeze the soapy water through the bag until the dirt is removed. Gently Squeeze out excess soapy water. It is normal for some color to bleed out of the bag during this process.]
  3. Rinse in clear, cool water until soap is removed, gently squeezing the water through the bag. let out the water and press the bag against the sink to removed excess water. DO NOT WRING!
  4. Lay the bag between 2 absorbent bath towels and firmly press out excess water.
  5. If you have an envelope style bag, reshape and lie flat to dry. If your bag has a flat bottom, reshape it and stuff it with plastic bags. Let is dry completely before using. Press lining with a cool iron if necessary.

DO NOT RUN YOUR BAG THROUGH THE WASHER AND DRYER!
